* moved CAP_PROTECTED/CAP_KILL_PROTECTED to LIDS_CAP_PROTECTED/LIDS_CAP_KILL_PROTECTED.
Then above 2 capabilities syntaxes are changed to lidsconf -A -s "Subject" -o LIDS_CAP_PROTECTED -j ENABLE
